I have never written a review before in my life and I am 62. I just felt compelled to write one for the outstanding customer service and Professionalism that techican Barrington displayed and renderd. He is what all service people should try to be. From the well spoken call ahead to the outstanding workmanship and even teaching me along the way. I can not say enough good things about him. He even helped me to decicde to speak to the company about the issues I have, that I am not so pleased with. He is not only an outstanding employee is is a fine young man. PS Loved that he is a Veteran also.
Called on a Thursday night after hours and left voice mail re. non-working A/C. Rec'd return call early next morning. Service tech arrived before close of business on Friday. Besides being talented enough to spot cause of trouble almost immediately, Christopher did so in a friendly yet professional manner, explaining all his work as he was performing same. Even though he found problem, continued to check out entire unit, even going up on the roof to finish. Explained thermostat, and how I could avoid similar issues going forward. If there is such a thing as a "terrific service call," this could serve as a perfect example!! Don't usually purchase maintenance agreements, but because of the great service I received, decided Palm Air would continue to get my business.
Alex I was the repairman who came to service our a/c. He was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly and personable. He is more than a 4 star rating.

Kevin and Mike were incredibly professional, knowledgeable and kind. They had to do extra work due to the previous installation which was done poorly, took pretty much all day. I’m grateful for their patience and know how and integrity!!! Also, Josue that came out to look at everything and quote me a price was so nice and explained all to me properly that I decided to go with them. Definitely recommend!

I have had a service contract with Palm Air for a number of years. From day 1 I have been impressed with the level of service provided, from the office staff to the service technicians. They are extremely efficient and thorough! My last service call was with Bruce. He was on time and did not rush the service call, making sure everything was working as it should. I appreciated how he explained what should be done to maintain my aging system. This is a great company and I highly recommend them!
